I think the most important thing is to face your fears and realize that not everyone is out to get you, or that not everyone hates you, etc. It didn’t work, but at least I can say that I went skydiving. Also, I tried to confront my fears head on, like going skydiving twice - in the hope of overcoming my fear of heights and flying.
